At Muhammadan Press, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused, unmounted, and in original packaging

• Item must be in resalable condition

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

The following items are non-returnable:

• Custom or made-to-order prints

• Clearance or final sale items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Processing time is 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement and only if they have not yet been shipped.
