All orders are shipped from Singapore via SingPost Registered Airmail or Speedpost EMS. Charges are based on the total weight of items ordered, inclusive of handling and packaging. Our posters do not come with frames, and are carefully packed in protective cardboard tubes to avoid damage during shipping.
For self-collection, the location will be sent to you via WhatsApp when your order is ready.
Estimated Delivery times
All our posters are printed on demand, and we do not keep ready stock available. We will dispatch all orders as soon as we possibly can. Orders placed after 1 pm on Wednesdays (Singapore time) will be dispatched the following week. If the printing process is delayed, we will email you.
Speedpost Express:
• Singapore: 1 working day
Speedpost Priority:
• Rest of the world: 2-14 working days*
Registered Airmail:
• Rest of the world: 4-24 working days*
*Some countries, remote cities or islands may have longer delivery times.
Note: We can’t take responsibility for any delays out of our control, like customs delays etc. If your order should be delayed, please contact us and remember to state your order number.
Tracking
Tracking numbers will be provided when your order is dispatched. Full online tracking for all countries is only available if Speedpost is used.
Note: Registered Airmail does not provide detailed online tracking capability. It is not mandatory for registered items to be scanned at every stage of the delivery process, be it for local or overseas delivery.
For Registered Airmail to overseas, the scan events may differ from post to post. A scan event will be shown if and when they are provided by the overseas postal administrations. For countries with no online tracking updates, SingPost will check with the overseas postal administrations on the status if the addressee did not receive the item after a stipulated time. Under the international postal agreement, overseas postal administrations may take up to 60 days to reply.
If you are not home upon delivery
If you are not home upon delivery, your package will instead be delivered to a post office near you so that you can collect it at a later time. Your local postal service will advise you about this.
